Pilgrimage seems to be as old as the mountains and even from before ancient times people have been on journeys. Some journeys take one away from discomfort and others leads one towards a benefit, imagined or real. Some people journey for the sake of curiosity while others journey out of necessity. Certain travelers walk alone, and others are joined in their quest as they share their experiences, hopes and expectations with fellow sojourners along the way. I judge this last kind of pilgrim to be the richest of them all, for it is in the hearing and the telling of their stories that brilliant treasures are revealed and polished and shared.

In Treasured, you are invited to join such an old pilgrim on his quest. It is not so much a quest of enlightenment as it is a journey of redemption; redeeming those treasures that belonged to him, but of which he did not understand its value at the first encounter. As you journey with him, you will meet fascinating characters who have shaped him and encouraged him along his life. The landscape changes from high mountain to dark forest and from ragged seashore to busy marketplace, until you reach the olive grove and the one person who could validate his collected riches. For what good is a bag of jewels if you cannot fathom their worth?

And if you dare, you might journey with him even a little further…
